How your evening is served
Begin with bread and hot pimento cheese, followed by your chosen salad. The main event arrives family style: your selected butcher’s cut and all three sides, beautifully arranged together on wooden butcher boards in the center of the table. Ribeye, tenderloin and strip steak include bone marrow butter and chimichurri. Guests help themselves and pass plates around, with dessert to finish.

Choose optional additions while building your dinner. Cocktail prices are shown before checkout; alcohol is supplied by you. Wine pouring and refills are always included. Items marked as quoted are confirmed separately.
Custom Welcome Cocktail
$20 per participating adult · one custom cocktail each to begin the evening. Includes a licensed bartender/server, mixers, fresh garnishes and ice. You supply the alcohol. No automatic gratuity on this add-on.
Full Bar Service
$350 for up to 8 participating adults, then $25 per additional adult. Choose three signature cocktails for your event menu. Includes up to two cocktails per participating adult and up to three hours of service during your scheduled dinner, with a licensed bartender/server, mixers, syrups, fresh garnishes, ice, bar setup and cleanup. You supply the alcohol; Chef Joshua provides a shopping list. Additional drinks, extended service and requests beyond the selected menu require a separate quote agreed before the event. This is a curated cocktail service, not an unlimited open bar. No automatic gratuity on this add-on.
Tables, chairs & linens
Delivered and fully set before service. $150 for 1–8 seats; $300 for 9–16 seats. No automatic gratuity.
Wine & water glassware
$2 per glass, including delivery, placement and collection. Up to 30 of each. No automatic gratuity.
