    What is included in the price?

    Everything on the night: the food and ingredients, plates and silverware, a dedicated server for the table, course-by-course service and clearing, and kitchen cleanup before I leave.

    How does payment work?

    You book the date online and pay a deposit that depends on how far out the date is — 25% at 46 days or more, 50% inside 45 days, and the full amount inside 14 days. The balance is charged automatically before the event.

    Can you cook in my kitchen?

    Almost certainly. Tell me what the kitchen has — oven, cooktop, counter space, fridge — and I'll confirm the setup with you before the date is locked, so nothing is a surprise on the night.
