Before you reserve
Your booking, clearly explained.
These terms apply to new private-dining and boutique-catering bookings. Your checkout shows the complete event total, the amount due now and any remaining payment date.
If your plans change
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 8 days before the event, before any remaining balance is charged 7 days before the event.
Rescheduling is available, subject to availability. Contact Joshua directly to cancel or request a new date.
Payments
For preset dinners and catering, dates 46 or more days away require 25% at booking; dates 15–45 days away require 50%; dates within 14 days are paid in full. Any remaining balance is charged to the same card 7 days before the event. If you have paid in full, there is no automatic balance charge.
Custom events
The $100 reservation starts custom menu planning and is credited to your final event total. Your menu, final price and further payments are agreed with Joshua before anything more is charged.
Dietary needs and your venue
Contact Joshua before payment if you need allergy adaptations, dietary substitutions or confirmation that a venue can accommodate the service. Record any agreed arrangements in your booking notes.
