    Plan a custom menu

A cabin weekend has one hard evening in it: the one where twelve people try to agree on dinner, get into two cars, wind back down the mountain and end up split across a table for six and a table for four.

Destination private dining removes that entirely. I arrive at the cabin with the menu, the ingredients, the plates and the silverware. A dedicated server looks after the table. Courses come out one at a time, the kitchen is clean before I leave, and nobody has to drive.

You booked the mountain for the view. This is the night everyone stays inside it.

For a cabin dinner in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, Joshua travels to your rental kitchen rather than hosting you at a restaurant. Fable’s CRI-presented Business Excellence recognition belongs to the studio, not a separate mountain location. Read Fable’s recognition story or view the Consumer Ratings Institute source. Destination minimums and the existing travel fee still apply.

Nobody drives. Nobody splits up. Everyone stays at the table.

    Before you ask

    Travel, answered.

Can you cook in a cabin or vacation rental?

Yes. Cabins and vacation rentals are a natural fit for destination dining. Send me the listing or the address and I'll confirm the kitchen and the table setup before your date is locked.

What does destination pricing look like?

Your dinner is priced per guest, with a $500 event minimum before travel and gratuity. One $350 flat travel fee is added per event. Optional menu upgrades are extra, and groups of 8 or more include 20% gratuity on dinner; travel is never gratuity-bearing. The travel fee covers getting me, the food and the full service kit to your property.

Are food, service and tableware still included?

Yes. Dinner pricing stays fully inclusive: food and ingredients, plates and silverware, a dedicated server for the table, course service and clearing, and kitchen cleanup. Destination dinners add one $350 flat travel fee per event. Groups of 8 or more include 20% gratuity on dinner.

What if the kitchen is limited?

Tell me what the kitchen has — oven, cooktop, counter space, fridge — and I'll confirm the setup with you before the date is locked. If something needs adjusting, we sort the menu around it in advance rather than on the night.

    Ready when you are
